The more choices we have the more decisions we make. The more decisions we make the more we feel in control of our world.
Most of the options we choose from are determined by someone else.
In politics, political parties, media and pollsters pretty much decide the issues we know about, who discusses them and how they get discussed. They decide which candidates we get to see and hear. They decide how and when we take part in politics.
